what comes to your mind when the word fondant is mentioned ?
hhhmmhhnnhh ?
spongebob ? mickey ? harry potter ?
well , that just happens to be my point !
you see , there are ample of stuff that come up to one's mind !
seriously people , when it comes to fondant , there is really no boundaries at all !
anything ! i mean anyting at all !
now , some of you might still be confused of the term sugar paste , marzipan , and fondant !
well , let me tell you those stuff i mentioned before are all so similar !
sculptures, molding , shaping and anything at all !
even fine art can be conjured with this fondant !
with it's stick but soft texture , it's sure to bring out the adventure within you !
those days , people used fondant for only and ONLY wedding cakes !
you know , those 5 tiered or maybe even 10 tiered cakes (which we saw at lisa menelli's wedding)
fondant is truly in a league of its own !
i remember i made my first fondant cake during new year !
it was a uuummhh cake shape in 2010 !
i know it wasn't that good , but i still enjoyed my time molding and applying it onto the cake !
i dont have a good picture but please excuse the "ugly me" in it !

anyway , like i was saying , there's just too much to say about fondant !

people , tell you what ... go and buy a pack of fondant and let your creative side out !
hahahhahaaa !
it's just too much of fun to miss out on !
oohh ! there was one time where a lady (shopaholic) . she loved designer bags so her husband made her a chanel cake bag , and that really was the dawn of this craze !
hahahhahaa !
right now , my brother is pestering me to make a spongebob cake for him !
i shall see what i can do !
