seriously , i really wanted to watch keira knightley's movie in the cinema but too bad !
anyway , malaysians should show interest in independent movies and not just be amazed by visual effects rich blockbusters !

    I think some of the movies will be shown much later after the release. And The Runaways wasn't that good. There are so many movies listed in your list that I want to watch and are on my download list :D

    Let Me In DID show.

    They're showing 127 Hours and Black Swan, though I think they'll cancel Black Swan nearer the release date.

    And as for the indies mentioned above, as much as I would love for these films to be shown here, it is very unreasonable, as those films did not even get a wide release in the States. As a matter of fact, The Yellow Handkerchief wasn't even going to be released at all (it was made in 2008 I think), and it was only released due to Twilight's success at the box-office. (One of the very RARE times I'm glad Twilight was made.)

    As for Hesher, the film hasn't even been released yet.

    The Beautiful and the Damned has apparently been shelved, or at least postponed to 2011. And Knightley doesn't seem to be attached to the project anymore. Unless they're following the latest Wuthering Heights adaptation, and only releasing casting info at the last minute.

    Regardless, it's actually quite funny that you put it on your list because technically, it's impossible to screen any movie anywhere when it hasn't even been released or ready yet lol.

    But I do share your sentiments. Malaysians should be exposed to more indies. But at the end of the day, it's all about money, so, too bad.
